Exactly what I expected. Ordering process was smooth and I got updates from confirmation to shipment. The rower came without damage and setting it up was easy and quick. It's a good rower. I use it every other day. Can't compare it to other ERGs since I haven't used any in years. It's quieter than my elliptical and the water sound is calming. Also, it's easy on the joints. I hurt my foot recently so can't run or walk much, but rowing doesn't make it worse. Only negatives are the syphon sucks and I wish it had Bluetooth without buying more stuff.

Great workout option! The rower provides a solid full-body exercise without being too strenuous on the joints. The chair gets a bit uncomfortable after about an hour, but the overall experience feels quite natural. It's like you're on a boat in the open water when you close your eyes. Incorporating the rower into my routine helps me manage stress and gives my knees a break from running on certain days.

The rower came fast, packed well, and putting it together was a breeze. It's enjoyable to use. However, the way you fill the tank messes up the sleek design. The siphon pump caused a mess - almost a quart of water everywhere. The hose was too short, the fill port too small, and in an inconvenient spot. Just using a basic funnel or shifting the fill port a bit, making it bigger, and using a screw-on lid like a Nalgene bottle would make filling and emptying the tank much simpler.
