Regrettably, my purchase from Dribbleup for my nephew's Christmas gift turned into a frustrating ordeal. Despite alerting them before Christmas about the return, the process has been sluggish. I dispatched the item a week before Christmas, only to find out later it hadn't reached their warehouse. Nearly a month later, my refund is still pending. Multiple emails have gone unanswered until my third attempt this morning. This lack of communication and prolonged refund process has cast a shadow over what should have been a straightforward return. Hoping for a swifter resolution and improved customer service moving forward.

My recent experience with Dribbleup has left me disappointed. I bought two items as Christmas gifts, only to discover unauthorized monthly charges of $16.99 for a membership I never signed up for. The absence of any notification during the purchase process is concerning. Despite reaching out, they only agreed to credit me for February, refusing reimbursement for the unauthorized charges in December and January. The numerous negative reviews and complaints on the Better Business Bureau's website suggest a pattern of misleading practices by Dribbleup.

I want to say that the Dribble Up

I want to say that the Dribble Up Baseball Glove didn't work for us. My kids didn't have the patience or discipline for the tutorials/drills. The return process was easy, and I got a return label quickly after I asked. They also gave me a refund for the app subscription right away. I'm really impressed. Even though the product wasn't right, this company has earned a customer for life because of the great customer service.
