Mad Muscles is a complete fraud. I signed up for a month at $15.99 with a "no questions asked money back guarantee" within 30 days. I received an email about ten minutes later saying they were charging me $50 for the first thirty days instead of $15.99 with auto-renew at $100 per month. I immediately canceled and asked for a refund and they wrote me that I didn't qualify for a refund. I wish I had read the reviews here before I signed up. They're being investigated by the Better Business Bureau and I'm seeing what else I can do to protect people from this fraudulent company. RUN, don't walk away and do not sign up. What a scam. Where is the district attorney's office to shut down and punish companies like this who prey on innocent people.

It had been so long since I bought anything online, I forgot to check reviews! Sad lesson learned as this is one of the scam companies that do not give what they promise and no way to get a refund, unlike their advertising. Besides being a generic workout, they do not pay any attention to all the info that you spend forever filling in. The app would not accept my REAL weight, as it is too light, and gave me a plan that is not only too difficult, but DANGEROUS, as it arbitrarily added 100 lbs to my weight (I am 95 lbs) In addition, the company takes no responsibility, will not give refunds, has only bots for replies, and illegally charge for purchases that WERE NOT AUTHORIZED! DEFINITELY A SCAMMY MONEY-MAKER OPERATION.

SCAM, AVOID !! My worth experience purchasing services! Liked the program offered on instgram, i was looking for soemthing exaclty the same like they offer. I ordered the fitness program and also the food program. Completing the purchase I was not able to use any of the purchased services. Contacted costumer service, no response at all! After weeks of chasing and askign for full refund due to the fact, the program was not even available to start, to login to app, somebody wrote me highlighting the refund policy. They did not give me any refund! Long stroy short, if you do not want to have same low class service and support, do NOT believe them! Do not buy! Do not make same mistake like me.

The workouts are not personalised in any way. When you try and then decide that you’d be better off taking advice from your cat and try to cancel, you will find that there is no easy way to cancel. You have to email their support who rarely reply. When you finally get a response they will say they have cancelled and offer you 2 months for free as an apology. Once those 2 months are up they will bill you again. When you complain they will say you agreed to this by accepting the 2 months. (Even though that is a lie) and by doing so re signed up for their service. And now you are not eligible for a refund. Absolute scam. Look around at their reviews all claiming the same everywhere.

SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS. MONEY GRABBERS Mad Muscles is a complete scam. I signed up for their subscription, realized it wasn't for me, and tried to cancel immediately. Their cancellation process is a nightmare, so I blocked the merchant to stop any more charges. They then used a different ID to charge my credit card! When I contacted their so-called customer service, they were incredibly rude and refused to give me a refund, even though I asked for it just one day later. To make matters worse, I was charged three times the original amount. This company is nothing but a bunch of money grabbers.

This is a SCAM!!!! 100%. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I joined mad muscles, only to find out that what u paid for was not what I offered. I have a disability and as soon as I found out the website was not user friendly and you had to download a esperare app u emailed the customer service department. (I did this within a few hours of joining. They state they offer a money back guarantee which is absolutely nonsense. The email reply was not English and then I found the company is based in Cyprus. Com artists!!! Steer clear. I have reported these people to the relevant authorities

This company isn't very honest. I signed up, found out the workouts weren't what I wanted, and canceled immediately. Or so I thought… During the cancelation process, they slipped in a 2-month free offer right when you confirm the cancellation. I missed the offer and must have accidentally selected 2 months free. Four months later, I got a surprise $69.99 charge on my AMEX. I reached out to MadMuscles for a refund and to confirm the cancellation. No luck. They hid behind a policy I didn't know about and refused to help. These folks are just another online scam. Avoid them.

You get stuck in theyr site and after purchacing the thing you want, they start to take money without agreeing to anything quickly tripling what you agreed to spend. If you click the “continue” button not “purchase” as you would expect it tried you into things no one wants to buy for about £50. Contact their customer service who fail to accept or address the point and come back with semi auto generated answers which come across as sarcastic. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. YOU WILL REGRET IT

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Stay away from this company. They lock you into a costly subscription and canceling is almost impossible. The app just says 'updating' on your subscription while taking money from your account. I emailed them many times to cancel or update the app but got no response. I only canceled after I threatened legal action. Still no communication from them. I hope the owners die in a ditch. Very bad experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst company ever.

It's good for me. It helps me with exercise, health, and strength. I'm not into looking like a bodybuilder and don't wanna be. Had worries about billing, took a bit to fix, but they fixed it nicely. Got two months free as a bonus. Could be better, but can't complain. No bad experiences like other reviews said.

This company stole 125CAD when it said I would only have to pay 7USD witch is around 15CAD. Now I conversated with them for more than a week and I gave them the necessary information to refund me as they asked but now they decided not to, after all that! I'm surprised this company still exists.

Following a trial, they sneakily billed my credit card without authorization. Attempting to cancel before the charge processed was a struggle, as the cancel button malfunctioned, displaying an error message. Once the charge was confirmed, their response was, "Sorry you had to cancel before."

I signed up for a week and was billed £8.32 and £35.95 extra. I've emailed support multiple times, only received automated responses. Stay away from them. They drain your money and the workouts are just okay; you can find similar or better ones on YouTube.

This whole site is a scam. They will steal your money, charge you 5x the original amount over and over again. Impossible to cancel, ignore your emails, charge you again. Hide away on the island of Cyprus. Then bill you again. Run away, save your money!!!

Company do good job with my problem. I like their program for year. Stop subscription online but still got charged. When I talk to customer service, they fix it quick. They offer me discount. Maybe I'll take it. I say their service and program is good.

Happy I checked reviews before diving in like I usualy do..., I'll look for another app that's not just about money, and seems to have poor customer service. Almost wrote a review myself. Gave one star because there were no other options.
