Flexispot was great! My first purchase went smoothly. Daniel Dagle, the sales rep, acted fast. He got my shipping and order info right and processed everything swiftly. Pricing was clear, and I got my invoice, receipt, and order number in less than 24 hours. Their customer service was excellent and efficient. Pricing was fair and transparent, definitely worth it.

I found a desk I wanted that had great ratings. I hoped to get a slight discount because it was pretty expensive. On a whim, I chatted with customer service and was connected to Mcwezer, who actually offered me a better discount, without any hassle or begging. That's great customer service! It doesn't hurt to ask!

Had a problem when disassembling the desk

Had a problem when disassembling the desk — the top part came off suddenly and damaged the cables that control the height adjustment. Reached out to customer support to ask if they had a spare part, and they sent me a brand-new desk, even an upgraded model from what I originally had. Fantastic customer service!

I had my desk for two weeks and it was all good until today, when the "up" button stopped working. I called customer service and they were really nice and explained that this isn't unusual, that we just need to reset it. I followed his directions and voila! My desk works again.

The product came quick

The product came quick, but it got a bit damaged in shipping. I told customer service, and they sent a new one very fast. We are very happy, the product is very well made, and customer service is great, all the way. I strongly recomend. :)
