    The company offers a full program with diet and exercise, not just basic routines you can find for free online. However, once you sign up, you're immediately hit with extra charges for things you assumed were part of the package. It's disappointing, and I wouldn't suggest anyone buy this.

    I've really been enjoying this app. It's awesome how I can choose workouts or breath exercises based on how much time I have. The instructors are great at showing how to modify moves and they're super motivational. The quick workouts make it easy to keep up with my routine. Now, I actually get excited about my morning workout! Been sticking to it every single day!
