I would have been happier if I could

I would have been happier if I could pick a delivery time for the white glove service. Instead, I have to call or wait for an email. But everything else is easy, and Horizon's customer service is good. I'll review again when I get, set up, and use the T101 Treadmill.

The treadmill was okay for about a year, but getting help is a joke. They'll find any reason to say you messed up the warranty. Like, I didn't use some super fancy outlet in my house and apparently having it in my well-done garage gym with proper insulation is a big no-no.

my delivery from Horizon was an absolute mess, and to top it off, they straight-up ignored my support request. Seriously? It's like they're not bothered about making sure you actually get what you shelled out big bucks for. Not cool at all. If they're playing deaf to support requests, that's a big red flag in my book

it's been a rough ride with autoimmune rheumatoid – new symptoms popping up left and right, skin lesions, hair falling out, the whole shebang. Almost went for the 7.0 at, but guess what swayed us? The Sprint 8 on their mid-tier 7.4 at. Figured the whole fam could get some benefits out of it. Shoutout to this company's rep – that's what sealed the deal for us. Hope the folks at Horizon catch wind of this and send over some sweet HF water bottles. Plus, that extra $100 off at checkout? A real holiday mood lifter, especially in this gloomy economic climate crisis. Cheers to a better vibe and some health improvements coming our way!
