Would give less than 1 star if able. I canceled my subscription last month and thought all was good. Got charged today for $84.99 for a subscription that I cancelled! When I reached out because I couldn’t get onto the site much less cancel anything I was told any further charges won’t occur because it is now cancelled but I’m out the $84.99 because they don’t refund (for a service I previously cancelled!!!!!!!) Update: so after talking to customer service and them confirming it is now cancelled I waited a week and checked my PayPal account which confirmed it was still an active account! So again the company lied. I issued a complaint with PayPal due to this scammer and hopefully they will help. I also still cannot access the app they charged me for which means I paid for a service (wrongfully so) that I have no access to. Don’t waste your money

I ordered a diet plan only. A month later I was charged $49.99 for "Support" which I did not order or use. I have canceled my plan. The phone #on the web site gets answered and disconnected as soon as you ask for PerfectBody. You can reach them by email but get nowhere with getting a refund. Be very careful if you are considering dealing with this company.

I'm really enjoying this app. It's the first time I notice results while still being able to enjoy my cards. The meals taste really good. Portions are small, but it's surprizing how full they make me feel. Makes me realize how large my portions were before I started with Perfect Body.

Canceling is impossible

Do NOT get this app. To cancel you have to go to their website! There is no one to talk to. They only have AI to chat with it took me forever to try and figure out how to cancel and now they are only giving me $25 out of $85 back. The phone number they gave is bogus. The customer service is also very confusing. There are a ton of apps out there that do the same thing but are so much more user friendly! Save yourself the headache and go with one of them as you will want to cancel at one point!!!!
