Overall, a good experience! I ran into a problem when the shipping address was changed to my billing address before I could check out, which I didn’t notice since I had already put in the shipping date before the date it was due. This happened after business hours, and I needed the product before a trip. I ended up ordering another one with the correct shipping address and got in touch with customer service the next day, who helped me fix everything quickly. Got ski bindings from Bob Liesure. Price was really good, and shipping from Germany to my place in Denver took just a week, no extra cost. Sadly, the package got stoled. Bob Liesure support was great, quick to reply, and really wanted to help fix things, which we did. Would tell others to buy from them.
