Jane is super good and knows her stuff. She helped me twice, once for my battery and once for my tire. Both times she found the problem quick and fixed it easily. Really good service!

TurboAnt’s customer service is good. Few weeks ago, my M10 scooter had problems. When I contacted them, they responded quickly and followed up consistently. Even if I couldn't reach someone, they called and emailed me to solve my issue. The technical team diagnosed my issue well from the photos & videos I sent. I got great help even though some parts were out of warranty. Overall, it was a good experience from customer service to technical team. Thanks TurboAnt!!

I reached out to Turboant about their scooters in the EU and some other questions 8 months ago. They replied saying they weren't available in the EU and apologized. Now, they've emailed me again to say they're available in the EU. It's nice they followed up. Mrs. Jane did a great job.

I bought 2 scooters Nov 2019

I bought 2 scooters Nov 2019 and recently talked and emailed pictures to customer service about purchasing spare parts, such as a front motor wheel and tires and they said they no longer support the scooters I purchased, so I’m out of luck. I spent over $1,000 USD and my scooters are obsolete. Very frustrating that Turboant will not support the product they sell with no notice prior to purchasing.

My experience with Turboant has been quite frustrating. I invested over $1,000 USD in purchasing two scooters from them about 18 months ago. Recently, I reached out to their customer service to inquire about buying spare parts like a front motor wheel and tires. To my dismay, I was informed that they no longer support the scooters I purchased, essentially rendering them obsolete. This lack of ongoing support was not communicated prior to my purchase, leaving me feeling disappointed and stuck with scooters that I can't maintain or repair. It's a frustrating situation that could have been handled better.
