I purchased a Zhik Drysuit that turned out to leak. I contacted WSO after trying it several time and being sure it wasn't something I was doing incorrectly. After a few days Ben asked for photos. I sent photos that clearly showed the leak. He asked for more photos. I sent them. After a week he reluctently told me I could get a store credit or a refund. I asked for the refund and he said for me to send my complete bank numbers and I refused and asked for them to refund the credit card I purchaced the suit with. WSO has now gone dark. I have contacted my credit card company (Citi) and they filed a dispute. I am told by Citi WSO has until May 15 to respond. So I have to wait for 2 months for my credit. I will never purchase another thing from them. They are probably okay to deal with as long as nothing goes wrong.
