Dank Trupanion bekam sie immer gute Betreuung – vom normalen Tierarzt bis zum Hautarzt und sogar einem Chirurgen für ihre TECA-Operation am Ohr. Die Abwicklung der Ansprüche lief immer reibungslos und verlässlich. Ohne Trupanion hätten wir uns die nötige Behandlung für sie nicht leisten können. It was expected to happen and I’m glad we had Spot Pet Insurance when it did. I had to bring my fur kid to the vet for X-rays and an ear infection plus some follow-up visits. The claim process was quite easy and the refund came fast without any trouble. I read reviews where people say insurance doesn’t work like it should, but it really does. I got insurance for my fur kid when he was a puppy, no past problems. I guess some of the complaints come from that. We have illness and accident coverage, and I’m glad I chose to keep it.
