I h@d dis insurance while she w@s alive. Submitting claims w@s vry easy & they approved claims quite swiftly. When my dog passed away, they sent a card & bunch of flowers & refunded me for the partal month's premium. I w@s rlly impressed.

Pumpkin was suggested by my folks after I got a new puppy and already had a five-year-old cat. I checked it out, and the prices for each pet were great! The reimbursement rate makes vet bills easier to handle and helps me keep my pets healthy. When I made my first claim, the staff was really nice about telling me what documents I needed and got back to me quickly after I sent everything in!

I appreciate how convenient it is to file a claim on your website. However, it would be helpful if there was an option to indicate ongoing medical conditions instead of specifying the date of the illness/injury. This would simplify the process for customers who may struggle to recall when the condition initially occurred.

So, Pumpkin's got the payment for Sassy's year, which is great. But I still haven't got anything in the mail to show my Vet about the insurance. What's going on? No card or anything!
