The BCD buying process was smooth and pleasant. There was a minor factory problem with the BC, but the DRIS team quickly got in touch with Hollis and resolved it. Tim and the team went the extra mile. Their customer service surpasses that of others.

I never bought from DRIS before, but they had regulators I needed. Placed my order after hours. Next morning got email saying regs weren't in stock but on order, arriving in 5 days. Asked if delay was fine. Not urgent for me, but if it were, they'd saved my skin! Not what I expect from a store. Pleasantly surprised, genuinely impressed, truly grateful. Won't be my last order!
