I had some trouble with using a discount code on my refill order. I couldn’t find where to enter the code when I was placing the order.
I spoke with Betty - a customer service rep from Get Thin MD. At first, I was told the discount would be added to my account for my next order, but that didn’t really work for me. Betty kept working with me and eventually managed to get the discount applied to my current order. She was quick to reply and didn’t stop until I was happy. This is great customer service!
