    1. It doesn’t work. After 3 months on this medication there has been zero progress, only side effects. 2. They sent my first refill to the wrong address in a different state so I had to skip several days when you are supposed to take it daily. This contributed to the lack of progress. The address it went to isn’t even on file so my sensitive medical information was sent to a stranger and it took several days for the corrected shipment to reach me. They could not tell me how this happened since the only address I have on file the correct address. 3. I have been trying for 3 days to get my subscription cancelled and a refund for the remainder of the subscription that I will not be using. They told me I can’t get a refund even though the website stated I could when I signed up for it. They changed the verbiage on the site since I signed up and are applying this new policy to me even though it stated that refunds were available when I signed up and they still have not canceled my subscription. I emailed and they just offered a discount for the next refill. I called the number and they said I had to speak to a clinician and can no longer get a partial refund. I spoke to the clinician and she said she would let them know. I emailed again and they still will not cancel it. It should not be this difficult to cancel the subscription and I am owed a partial refund when the policy stated you can cancel at any time and get refunded for unfilled units, especially when my refill was sent to the wrong address in the wrong state and now a stranger has my sensitive health information. This company is unethical and they do not deliver their promises. They lied about how well it would work, they lied about how easy it is to cancel. They changed the refund policy after I signed up and are applying this new policy to me. They sent my medical information to a stranger’s address and they still are refusing to cancel my account. Don’t make the same mistake I did and don’t give this company your money.

    Get Thin MD

    I have been getting my GLP-1 medicine from them for over 4 months (I have lost 25 pounds and now starting my 4th month) and they have been VERY helpful the whole time. ( I will say the “chat with support” on the portal is not very good and kind of annoyng.) Even in my 2nd month the pharmacy / shipping took MUCH longer than the time frame I was told. But they were very helpful and gave me a big discount for the next month. And today I had a problem with UPS where they left my prescription outside (needs to be refrigerated) in Houston in August. I called UPS and they said the company had to file a claim. So I called Get Thin MD and spoke with Christopher and he was a total angel. He said Get Thin MD didn’t want me without my medication so he right away sent me a replacement and said it would get to me quicker than waiting for the claim. He said he would still do the claim but either way they would send my medication again. He did the reship right away and I felt he really cared about me. Thank you! ( Give Christopher a raise!! 😂 He is great!)
