    I have been using Skinny RX for two months now and have lost 4 lbs for $800.00. I called for assistance and to get some advice. It took 4 calls to get someone who spoke any English at all and they had no idea who I could speak with. Absolutely no guidance or oversight. Save your money, don’t bother with this worthless company!

    I ordered weight loss medication from this company 1 week ago. I was previously receiving medication from another company and my current dosage is @ 50 injectable units. I made it clear on many occasions that I wanted a slightly higher dose due to only losing 3 pounds in 3 months with the medication from the other company. Upon checking my patient portal I noticed that this company actually lowered the dose to 37.5. I reached out to the Customer Service Department 3 times within 3 days and was told that a Medical Provider would be reaching out to me. No one called or text. Upon my last attempt to reach out to Customer Service I was transferred to the Medical Professional area and was on "hold" for 1 hour and 40 minutes before finally hanging up! I am actually on the phone with another Customer Representative who seems to know what she is doing unlike the previous 2 Representatives. We will see how it goes when with the appointment with a Medical Provider that she set me up with tomorrow. It has been stated that the incorrect dosage of medication is scheduled to be mailed out tomorrow, via Fed Ex. I am giving this company 1 star due to the lack of detailed review on the part of the original Medical Provider who did not take the time to read the notes regarding the current dose and the 2 out of 3 Customer Service Representatives who had no clue what to do in this situation. Additionally, I want to mention that I was hung up on twice this evening upon my very last attempt to contact Customer Service. Hopefully, I will be able and willing to adjust this rating if the company fixes the problem and improves their services.
