I began using Frive in November 2023 and I’m glad I did. It’s been great for my health—I’ve lost body fat, gained muscle, and have a lot more energy. The food is always fresh, and the deliveries are quick and easy, no problems at all. Their customer service is great too; they’re very helpful and quick to fix any issue. Honestly, I’ve saved so much time by not having to do meal prep or go shopping. If you want a stress-free, healthy meal service, I highly recommend them!

Frive has really changed the way I eat. Fast, simple, no cooking needed, and I can easily keep an eye on my macros for workouts. The meals are delicious, with just the right kick and variety, which I love. I've told a lot of my friends about it, and they all signed up. Plus, the website is super user-friendly, which you might not expect, but it makes a BIG difference when planning deliveries and picking meals.

I recently changed from another recipe service to Frive. I really like the meals and how simple it is to just heat them up and add extras like salad or some sauce. The food is very tasty, fresh, and seems good quality. Being a type one diebetic, I appreciate the lower carb meals, which usually have about 30 grams of carbs and suit my diet well.

I just joined Frive since I had a super hectic work period ahead, and normally I end up with just toast. I’m happy I chose them! The meals are tasty and healthy, and not having to do anything to enjoy good food has really simplified my life during this busy time!
