I booked my trip in April 2019 for a China tour in Oct 2020. Covid has changed so many travel plans. Sadly, four tours I had planned never happened. I was supposed to go to China, Paris & China, but all of those got canceled because of covid. Japan was also complicated with big fees for flights and hotels, so I opted for a different credit, partly used for a Japan tour that didn't include flights. This UTO tour was great! Our last trip to China/Thailand in Oct 2024 was canceled. UTO was always there for me through all of this. On Feb. 15, 2025, I got a refund of $1,954 for the China/Thailand trip. My biggest problem was not being able to speak to anyone at UTO over the phone. However, I did get quick replies through the online chat, especially from Mary, Emily, and Cindy. I kept every chat for my records. I also want to thank everyone at UTO who worked with me since 2019, especially Debby and Becky in the last 4 months. I’m just sorry I never got to go to China.
