Bait and switch, criminals, deceptive, aggressive

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They said the $412.66 ticket I purchased was a stand-by ticket with no option for carry-on or checking a bag (in other words, cannot travel with luggage!). It made no sense. They said to "upgrade" to a seat on the flight and the ability to carry-on and check a bag would cost $849.00. Offered me multiple "options" -- all of which were significantly more expensive than the ticket I had purchased. At one point, she said it would cost me $150 to check one bag at the airport! Every time I declined an option, the woman said, "That's your choice." Refused to refund me my $412.66. Aggressive chaotic conversation. I stood my ground, locked my credit card, and contacted the AG's office.

Fraud and scam

They are big fraud . They display the cheap price just to take ur credit card information and will not issue the ticket even after 24 hr of reservation. When u call them , that’s when the drama starts. They inform you that the ticket that was displayed and you reserved expects you to stand in the flight just with the ticket alone( no carryon or no checkin) and which u end up paying at the airport terminal or they Throw the option to book the ticket with higher fare. They only give you the credit that u can only travel With them with the price they quote. It is illegal to charge the card without even issuing the ticket. I SUGGEST STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY ARE BIG FRAUD AND I DONT RECOMMEND THEM.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. STAY AWAY!!! I booked tickets which were without luggage- even tho this wasn't stated anywhere. Then was told to get luggage have to rebook for a different date- price immediately goes up. They changed my flight and after I asked if the length of the flight was the same was told yes- it turned out to be with a 7.5 hour layover. Was promised able o pick seats, etc. none of it was true. Was told CONSTANTLY someone would return my call- WAS NEVER CALLED BACK. All around was interrupted constantly by agents and experienced some of the most antagonistic and manipulative "customer service" Ive had. Literal NIGHTMARE.

they offered a ticket of $300 with American for an international flight, after you purchase your ticket you get an email with your itinerary, but they don`t send a ticket or a confirmation code, because your reservation doesn`t exist, when you call them, the agent tells you that it`s a standby ticket and that you might not be confirmed and you won`t get a refund, i talked to the agent for about 50 minutes, and they said i could get a real ticket if i pay $450 more, than the $300 i had already pay, what they offer it`s not true, it doesn`t exist.

My experience with the company was highly disappointing. The customer service was exceptionally rude, and I was unpleasantly surprised by unauthorized charges. I was forced into an unnecessary ticket upgrade, costing me an extra $95.98. Obtaining my e-ticket was a prolonged ordeal, requiring three consecutive days of frustrating phone calls, each lasting two hours. This initial and final encounter with the company leaves me with no intention of using their services again.

Totally Scam

The prices that they showed are not true at all. After you booked your tickets they will call you saying that they cannot confirm the way there or back. They ask for $500 to $700 more per ticket!! for a much longer with more stops flights. They will not cancel the ticket even 20 minutes after the transaction, they will put you on hold for so long... They give you the excuse that it is busy time to fly when the first thing that you put to do the search are the dates.

Beware of this company's deceptive practices. Fell for a discounted flight with no available tickets, ended up on standby. Made an alternate reservation with a supposed 24-hour cancellation policy, only to discover "taxes" meant a sneaky travel agent fee they refused to refund. Disappointing experience filled with tricks. Annoyed by persistent phone calls asking for reviews, so here's mine – steer clear of this company's tricky tactics.

I had the same problem they offered a ticket for $518.31 they didn't have a flight for that price, they called me 2 day late telling me they don't have that so they offered me an other flight for doble the price, i argued, for about 40 minutes. Not only that, I asked them why they still have the same pricing for the same flights on their website? Long story short i called my bank and canceled my credit card. Do it within 2 days.

My experience with this company was utterly dreadful. The incessant calls, a tedious hour on the phone, and the hassle of dealing with triple charges forced me to contact my bank. The confirmation process was unnecessarily convoluted, requiring me to submit a review just to obtain my confirmation number. Opting for Expedia seems like a wiser choice; I won't be returning to this website. Zero stars would be a more fitting rating.

I didn't have an issue with Michelle, but the whole experience with GI was a disaster. They attract you with cheap airfare but fail to mention it's on standby. After buying tickets and receiving the itinerary via email, I got a call stating they were standby, non-refundable, and didn't include luggage or seat. If I had known, I wouldn't have booked with them. Ended up paying over $400 extra or canceling with no refund.

i bought ticket from pdx to hololulu HI conformation amount $1712.00 they charge me $2300.00 i call them why Oh no that deal is over no more i told them why ? there is too much hassle i request if price is different i need my refund they don't wanna refund they try to sale more and more oh i can find you different day you can have this and that which is not acceptable for me i will say NO NO don't go this site

From start to finish when I made the reservations there was a error on me, and the reps contacted me and informed me what was wrong and help clear up the issue and I was very grateful for that. They corrected my error and explained the flights price and what was included. Great customer service. And once I received my etickets I was contacted and informed of the options to do once it was time for my flight.

They called me straight after booking my ticket and informed me that there is no luggage and that me and my son will not be sitting together unless I pay $250 more! Complete scam, I cannot cancel my ticket either as it is non refundable. Stay away! Customer service sucks! Option was cancel and Forfeit my $3100 (how elegantly the customer service supervisor put it)

I bought a ticket for my wife's birthday trip with friends. The price seemed good, but after entering my card details, I was told the ticket was standby. I had to upgrade or lose the initial price. Also, they kept calling to confirm the ticket and ask for a review before we even used it. Not good business at all.

Acquired 3 tickets at a specified rate, but the price turned out non-existent. Surprisingly, the actual cost was higher, and cancellation wasn't an option. After contacting United, I discovered only 1 ticket was bought at double the quoted fare. Appears to be a deceptive operation.

I'm deeply disappointed with this company. After buying tickets, I got a call stating my purchase didn't cover baggage, info nowhere on the site. Requested proof but got nothing. Ended up shelling out an extra $275 per ticket. Deceptive and frustrating experience.

They lie about the price then call you a million times charging you more. Telling you you won’t get a refund and try to charge twice as much. Them calling me was the tip off I needed to shut off my credit card. Zero stars would be better.

Got a call ticket went from 350 to 625 if I had any luggage. Southwest always has 2 bags free. Canceled my credit card and purchased on Southwest for $421. Do not book with this company.
