I was looking for an affordable airline ticket to the Caribbean, I found a ticket for 300.00. after submitting my in formation I received an email to call back to verify some information so they could issue a ticket. Long story short, they told me that they could not honor the price because the seats were not available. But for double the price they could get me a one way ticket as the return ticket was not assign and it would be on a standby status. Well to my knowledge airlines no longer do stand by status. When I asked them to cancel the transaction they said they could not because it was non refundable. Later that evening I received another email asking to click on a link to authorize another charge for 120.00. I checked my reservation with AA and there was none, but my card had been charged a temp. transaction for 493.00, which I wipe be disputing with my credit card Company. I talked multiple times with a rep named ****, I am sure the call center was overseas because if the accent, STAY AWAY from this site.

Bate and Switch

They will quote you one price and then call you to extort more money from you. After my " Reservation" was processed I was told the only way we all would receive tickets to fly together on the same flights that my reservation was for is if I pay $900 more.

I was trying to find an affordable round trip ticket through the Skyscanner site for travel in june 2026 to Bangkok Thailand from Washington DC and found an itinerary with a good price. All the problems started when I started booking that option through a travel site **** without separately checking the reviews for the site. The itinerary was a round trip ticket with KLM Airlines with travel from Washington DC to Bangkok with stop overs in Amsterdam and on return stop overs in Amsterdam and Paris for $1245.71 Then about an hour later the calls and messages started informing me to get in touch with an agent to confirm a few things on the ticket. I contacted an individual named **** at **** who informed me that this ticket does not permit any checked baggage allowance. When I told him that the ticket description doesn't say anything about not having checked baggage he told me that it doesn't permit any checked baggage and the ticket is non refundable I protested that not being able to pay an additional fee to check a bag could not possibly be true. Then he started a high pressure attempt to change the trip with other airlines and I was totally confused. At this point I was totally confused and he was putting together trip segments on different airlines and attempting to charge my **** card. Then he told me that their monthly quota for master card charges does not permit additional charges and he needs another credit card so I provided him with my **** checking debit card and he attempted a charge against that debit card. Fortunately the fraud features of **** bank stopped this charge. Then he told me that the charge was declined and asked for a new charge card and I provided my **** checking debit card which is a discover card. Then he informed me that unfortunately their monthly quota of Discover has also been reached. At this point I started getting very suspicious of all this and told him that if in fact what he has been telling me is true and the original itinerary on KLM is non refundable then why is it that he had told me several times that the seats had not actually been reserved. At this point I had been on the phone for close to 2 hours with this guy with a very suspicious name I mean who in the world with an indian accent is named ****. I was truly mentally and physically exhausted and told him that I will work out the new declined charge with my bank and get back to him and he pressured me to do it as fast as possible At this point I went online searching for reviews of this travel site **** and was shocked to discover that a lot of people have been scammed by this site with many of them warning of high pressured bait and switch tactics exactly of what happened to me. Then I noticed that they have been attempting to charge my cards various bogus charges with no references to which charge for what. One of the charges which didn't make any sense at all was a charge for $1245.71 for the original KLM tickets which was declined. After all if in fact **** was trying to change the entire itinerary then why was he putting in this charge after charging my **** Card for 2 separate charges for $872.50 to United Airlines and $892.43 to American Airlines. I then scrambled to lock all 3 cards (1 charge and 2 debit cards) so that no more charges can be attempted. Then I contacted the **** Fraud department to dispute these 2 charges on my **** Card. I also reported all 3 cards as compromised and asked for replacement cards. I never received any confirmed tickets nor airline PNR's from this company. This scam company has put me through a lot of heart ache and misery and I hope somebody stops them from doing this to any other victims. I have copies of several of the declined charges and the 2 itineraries which I can provide if needed.

I booked my flight and then they called to upsell me. When I refused they said they would only give me a 70% refund. Now I have to dispute it with my credt card company.

Thieves

Booked a flight, immediatly recieved a call stating the return flight is standby and if I want to switch it would double the price. I told them to cancel, they refused as they booked the first portion as non-refundable. Found out they booked the first part of the trip at 80% of what the total roundtrip was supposed to be. Disputing on my cc. Do not do business with them unless you want to get ripped off.

Do not use this site they are scam

I purchased a ticket for $667. I received a message 5 hours later that I have no return flight as the airlines sold the seats. Either I have to pay $500 more or my Obey is not refundable. Or as the manager said fly one way and don’t come back. Total scam be careful . I will never buy and will tell all friends and family to do the same.

Scammers. Made a reservation, I thought, and shortly after the booking was made, I received a call from this company. They stated I needed to pay additional money to actually receive a confirmed ticket. The cost being 3x as much. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Scam and fraud

Bought tickets online from their website, got a call in the morning asking to pay additional $607. Asked to refund my payment, no respond back from the agent. Agent was very unprofessional and most likely were from call center overseas. Had to file complaint with BBB and my credit card.

The airline found a charge, but they don't know what it was for, and they kindly cancelled it, I think. I never got the ticket. Reading the "positive" reviews gives the impression a company clerk wrote them. Do you ever remember the first name of an online travel agent?

What a scam

I purchased tickets for Atlanta, round trip from Montana. I looked several times at the listing before I purchased them; I received a confirmation email that said the ticket was pending; after all night, I called the company and was told that the return ticket was standby only, he said all this was explained on the site (which I never saw, even after looking again. I was told I cannot cancel the flight, however after over 30 minutes on the phone, including being on hold, I called my credit card company and cancelled the flight.

SCAM!!!! STAY AWAY!!! VERY AGGRESSIVE!!!

Looked up some tickets using sky scanner and picked the ones from TarifasoDeal, it was an attractive price. At first it kind of looked weird because it was not asking as much information as the normal sites (the was the first flag which I ignored and pay for it later on), but after you book it, you get a message saying your ticket confirmation will be sent in a separate email. I get back from work and find about 9 missed calls from them, with a few voice messages asking me to call to discuss my flight reservation. Then they tell me my seats are on stand by and if I do not get to fly that day I can change it to another day. Makes not sense. I asked for a refund and they tell me my transaction is not refundable and I can confirm my tickets today for an additional $334. Making my tickets about $886. I fought with them for a long time on the phone and ended up paying what they asked in order to not ruined the vacations for my wife. This business is a scam, do not think you are getting a deal!

Complete SCAM

Please don't buy tickets from TarifasoDeal because they are a scam company. Only one lady picks up the phone. They ask for your eSignature and the copy of your either passport or driver's license. They take the money from your credit card with the name signed AE.TRAVEALLIANCE from Abu Dhabi. If you want to be scammed please buy from them. They trick you with a fake email and confirmation number. When you call them the same lady picks up the phone pretending she's talking to the manager and she tells you that you have no booking under this number. I'll report them to BBB.

Fraud alert!

These people are a total scam. Very rude customer service as well. They show one price in website and completely change the price later.Don’t fall for their cheap ticket flights. They are very uncooperative and will take money from you..

Long story short… bought a ticket to bring our soldier home for the holidays. They called saying the ticket went up in price, the one we purchased is no longer available (LIE) It’s non-refundable (LIE) No luggage unless you upgrade ( LIE) Called United got a refund for the total amount of the ticket, but these scammers added $313 for their service. Called to have it refunded, said they’d call me back within one hour (LIE) I have made a claim with our fraud department and close that account. It’s hard to think my son defends this country and people like them live in it. I pray they have a change of heart and stop SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR HATD EARN MONEY 😡. What kind of parents raise these people? 😡

This company is completely dishonest This company is completely dishonest They offered a very good price for my trip and sent me the reservation information. They then called and told me that no baggage was allowed - notice they said allowed, not that it was not included but that it was not allowed. They told me that unless I paid them an extra couple of thousand dollars, I could not bring any luggage or carry on and that the airline would not allow me to add luggage at the airport. So I said, OK, I don't want the ticket. So they said, "too late" you are already booked and there is no refund and that they are immune to any requirement to cancel the ticket even though it had been less than 24 hours since the reservation had been made. Except for the no refund, no where in their fine print did they state that luggage was not allowed - and I read everything before booking. So I called their bluff and said that I would go ahead and take the ticket anyway without luggage. This caught them off guard and after some hemming and hawing they come back with - "We never guaranteed the date of the flight. We can book you for whichever date we want to." So how can a flight that was "already booked" suddenly change? Luckily I knew that this company was probably shady and booked it with a credit card of a company which has their customer's back. I called up the CC company and explained the situation and they shut them down cold. No charges allowed from them. If you do deal with these people, make sure you are safe about it.
