She kept us organized and had great ideas for our free time. Then there's Nikolai, our local guide. He knew so much about the history and culture, and he could answer any question we threw at him. Really made the experience richer. Honestly, both Danielle and Nikolai were amazing, and I couldn't have asked for better guides.

I took this trip to Zurich and had mixed feelings about it. The first hotel was a disaster with all the noise from street construction. Couldn't get a wink of sleep! But the second hotel? So much better, really enjoyed my stay there. Now, about the hikes. The first one, they called it a trail but it was just a boring service road. Total letdown. The second hike, though, was gorgeous and easy, great for beginners. The third hike was exactly what I wanted—challenging and stunning views. And the tour guide? Absolutely amazing, really made the trip worthwhile! Overall, I'd give it three stars.
