    They have given me a fake flight number, they did not informed us of a disruption in our flight, now they do not want to refund us our money! They even faked a screenshot showing me that my flight had successfully flown on the scheduled time but when I scrutinized the screenshot photo, it was from another date! They were intentionally making ways to fool / scam customers. DON'T BOOK FROM THIS STUPID WEBSITE EVEN IF THEY LURE YOU WITH LOWER FARES. The small amount you'll save is not worth the stress and anxiety that they brought to us!

    Bought 2 AA tickets in January for April trip. Was told the airline company won’t issue tickets till 3 weeks prior to departure. End of March, called them for my tickets, kept telling me airline delay for a week. After a few calls, on April 3, called them to cancel my booking. They sent me an email stating, my refund should be in my credit card account 7-10 business days. Till today, over a month later, they still haven’t refunded me yet! This company definitely can not be trusted to do business with! During this time, I discovered two unauthorized transactions for airline tickets charged to my credit card.

    I am really upset and not happy with my hotel booking on tripening.com It’s been over a month now that I have booked a hotel ( and money deducted from credit card ) with this website and the hotel does not have my booking , it has been over 2 weeks I have contacted them and have had 3 different ppl via emails and messages telling me it’s their partner that booked it but none of the nrs are correct or show at the hotel ! It’s extremely frustrating ! As I need to book this hotel there we have an important 80 th bday for my mom coming up and my whole family staying there in Paris ! I have booked 2 other rooms via other websites an no issue ! Tripening is horrible and not responsible or helpful ! They keep giving me the run around but no answers !
