Deceptive Charges and Missed Therapy Session
by DAVID

Just had the most exhausting call with an airline agent that lasted over an hour. They tried to charge me an extra $130 for a small checked suitcase! Eventually, I got a "senior" discount and a $57 upgrade, which the agent promised was included even though I can't see it on my ticket. They also assured me there'd be no charge for wheelchair assistance since I've been injured and never paid for it with other airlines. Felt like they were just playing games with me. To make things worse, I first got an invoice, then an hour later, the final cost was $20 more. Missed my physical therapy session because of this mess. Totally frustrating experience!

Flight Delays and Missed Brunch Blues
by Doris Broadnax

You won't believe what happened on my recent trip to Dallas. My flight was supposed to take off at 7:18am on Sunday, but right after boarding, they announced maintenance issues. "Only 30 minutes," they said. Well, 30 turned into hours, and we had to deplane. By the time we finally re-boarded at 10:45, they told me I wasn't on the flight list! A manager had to step in to sort it out. I missed the brunch I had booked and paid $40 for. To top it off, my seat was over the wing, ruining my view, even though the plane was half-empty. Crossing my fingers my return flight on August 7, 2024, goes smoother!

Travel Plans Downgraded, No Resolution
by John

I booked a multi-leg trip with OneTravel, and it was a mixed experience. The first two flights were supposed to be business class, and the third one in economy. Out of nowhere, the second flight got downgraded to economy. Reached out to their support, and they claimed it was a mistake from the beginning. Spent an hour arguing on chat, and they finally said they’d escalate it to their "concern team." It's been weeks, and no follow-up, no resolution. Honestly, I'm super disappointed and won't be using OneTravel again.

Double-Charged Nightmare with OneTravel!
by George

I booked a flight within Canada recently, and at the top of the booking page, it showed prices in CAD. Turns out, it was actually in USD, which I only realized when my credit card got charged almost double the amount. Called OneTravel customer service, they said it's charged in USD and can't be fixed. They blamed me for choosing the American site. Canceling would mean losing all my money. It felt like I was robbed, and they offered no help. Definitely, won't use OneTravel or Cheapo Air again. Feels like a scam!

Overcharged for a Simple Date Change
by Patricia

You wouldn’t believe what happened when I tried to change my flight dates. I was shocked at the enormous fee they charged me. I mean, for what I already paid for the original ticket, asking for over $500 more to change the dates felt so greedy. It just didn't sit right with me. How can they justify such an extreme price hike for a simple date change? It left a really bad taste in my mouth, and I'm definitely reconsidering using their service again.

Unexpected Layover Change Costs Extra Money
by Ronald

I booked this flight with a nice 3-hour layover, thinking I’d have plenty of time to stretch my legs and maybe grab a snack. But then, out of nowhere, they changed it to just a one-hour layover. Now they expect me to pay extra to switch it back to the original 3 hours! It's an international flight, no way we're gonna make that connection in just an hour. I never agreed to this change in the first place. Feels like a scam.

At first, things seemed okay, but
by Rey

At first, things seemed okay, but once they have your cash, they stop caring about you. They made a simple error that cost me over a thousand dollars just because they wouldn’t update my booking from my nickname to my real name. Now I can’t visit my grandma and lost my money. Be wary of who you choose for booking, as this company shows no concern for customers... and I don’t believe they deserve 4 stars.

Generations Trust Frontier for Safe Travels
by Nancy Davis

I remember flying with Frontier ages ago, and it was a good experience. Now, it’s my grandson's turn to fly, and I felt a bit nostalgic choosing Frontier again. The website made picking flights super easy, which was a relief. I’m trusting them to take good care of him, just like they did for me all those years back. It’s comforting to know some things stay reliable.
