    I reserved a hotel through this company.

    I reserved a hotel through this company. When I checked my reservation for check-in details, I found out it had been cancelled. I didn’t cancel anything. I reached out to them, and their response was unhelpful, saying I wouldn't get a refund. Thankfully, I managed to find a room with a different provider at the same place. I even had to contact my bank for a chargeback. These folks are total fraudsters. The level of deceit is unbelievable. They cancel reservations, leave people in a tough spot, and keep their cash while saying "not my problem." No way I’ll use them again.
