Extremely dissatisfied with the air

Extremely dissatisfied with the air reservations service. Booked a group of four relatives simultaneously, yet three of us were assigned different flights and departure times to the same destination. The Travel Agent (TA) offered no assistance, conveniently attributing the issue to the airline. Expecting a coordinated group trip, this experience has left us disheartened. Regrettably, this marks the end of our reliance on Travel Agents for future travel arrangements.

Extremely dissatisfied with the air reservations service! My family of four booked together, yet three of us were allocated different flights and times to the same destination. The travel agent offered no assistance and shifted blame to the airline. When booking a group trip, one expects to be grouped together for flights. Regrettably, this experience has soured our opinion on using travel agents, and it's unlikely we'll consider their services again.

The company didn't do well.

The company didn't do well. They booked a cruise for 2025 at 2024 prices, but messed up. They used the minimum rate instead of the rate for the room chosen. Also, they based the rate on $US instead of $CDN like the confirmation said. When the 2025 prices came out, they were way higher, like 70% more. The agent didn't explain much, just said the actual cost would be based on 2025 prices. They didn't bother to look into it when asked.

While the setup was fine, there were concerns among some group members regarding the handling of their inquiries, especially for those unfamiliar with using a travel agent. The process wasn't flawless, and a few members are considering booking directly with the cruise line in the future.

This is our third Globus trip and it was fantastic. Our tour guide, Errica, was amazing, funny and knowledgeable. Sicily was more beautiful than we expected. The transportation and driver (Salvatore) was excellent. Hotels were near everything and the included dinners and entertainment were awesome.
