I initially enjoyed the company's service, purchasing a one-year subscription and later upgrading to a lifetime plan. My satisfaction grew when I successfully obtained a voucher for a delayed flight, thanks to proactive customer service. I even shared my positive experience on my travel blog. However, my enthusiasm took a nosedive when, after registering 20+ flights for 2024, my account was inexplicably suspended. Despite sending three messages for assistance, I received no response. It seems that as a frequent flyer, they may suspend your account without explanation if it doesn't align with their profit model, leaving you without a refund.

Fantastic experience overall! While there were a couple of minor hiccups, like limited snacks due to a late notice closure at 9 pm, the variety of drinks was impressive. Kudos to the company for swift communication; they promptly emailed coupons when my flight faced a 1-hour delay. To enhance the experience, extending closing hours to 10 pm would be beneficial. Additionally, staff training for equal and respectful treatment of all patrons is essential. A regrettable incident involving Paola at the Orlando Club on 9/1 highlights the need for improved courtesy and sensitivity towards diverse customers.

I appreciate the concept of this service. Being a regular traveler with a lifetime subscription gives me a sense of security knowing I have coverage. However, there's a significant drawback. It relies on FlightStats data, which isn't consistently reliable. For instance, if you're departing from Krakow and both Flightradar and the airport timetable indicate a one-hour delay, but FlightStats doesn't reflect this, it's disheartening. As of now, I'm not content with the service. I hope that in the future, it becomes more dependable for me to utilize effectively.

I appreciate the concept of this service, especially as a loyal lifetime subscriber and frequent flyer. The assurance of coverage during unforeseen events is reassuring. However, my enthusiasm is tempered by reliance on FlightStats data, which can be unreliable. In instances where Flightradar and the airport timetable align on a delay, but FlightStats remains silent, it's disappointing. Currently, my satisfaction is compromised. I hope for improvements to make this service more reliable and effective in the future.

I bought their lifetime Lounge pass membership and registered my flights to London. When I checked, they had completely changed their program and no longer provide it. I emailed them, but only received a generic response. I want a refund. This is not what I agreed to.
