Used lastfaredeals.com to book a flight. “Summer” booked my flight, gave me a confirmation code and said I was all set. I double checked with the airline and my flight was there. The day before I was supposed to leave, I checked to see if my flight was on-time, etc. When I looked for my reservation, it had been canceled. Called the airline and they said to check with the vendor I had booked it through. Got through to lastfaredeals.com via their chat service (because no one would answer the phone) and chatted with “Mary” who said my flight was being rebooked. “Mary” told me that I would receive a confirmation within a couple of hours. I never received a confirmation. This company TOOK MY MONEY and DID NOT REBOOK MY FLIGHT. Now I have to dispute this with my credit card company. I also had to rebook my flight, which was now more expensive. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SUCH A SCAM!!

Thanks Sophia for helping with my issue on time and fixing all the problems. Today 4/3/2024 Was surprised, didn't catch a flight at all. I was supposed to be in Atlanta today for a funeral but couldn't get a morning or evening flight after my reservation changed. Stuck in Chicago airport now. Very disappointed. Hoping for a refund to cancel this trip and get my money back.

I bought two discounted tickets on 2-8-24 for a 2-11-24 flight. At 11 pm, the agent informed me only one ticket was discounted. Multiple confirmation numbers were sent until my 8 am flight. On 2-10, I called at 11 pm; the lady promised a confirmed number but never called back. At 5 am, they said they had to cancel without explanation. When I asked for help finding another flight, the call was abruptly ended. Terrible experience and customer service.

I informed the representative about our travel dates (1/1 - 1/6), emphasizing Saturday 1/6. Despite our correction, the confirmation displayed a return date of 1/5. Upon calling for assistance, no one was available, leading to a $175 extra cost for the correct day. This inconvenience has left me dissatisfied, and I won't consider using or recommending this service in the future.
