Cruise.com is not a reliable travel agency

Cruise.com is not a reliable travel agency that keeps its promises about post cruise rebates. They claimed we would receive a rebate from the agency in 6-8 weeks after returning, but that’s unlikely to happen. The staff there seem to be aware that this is a trick to attract customers. I strongly suggest avoiding cruise.com if you don’t want to fall for this trick. Every employee seems to repeat the same message: "a check is being processed that you will receive in a few weeks." Yet they know this untrustworthy agency has many bad reviews and is likely scamming people. I hope they face consequences from the cruise lines or state officials.

I had a pretty good experience with this company. The booking process was straightforward, and I didn’t face any major issues. I was happy with the price offered for the suite. However, some of the promised perks, like the Signature Beverage Package and onboard credit, didn’t quite meet expectations. When I reached out for clarification, they told me they had already given the best deal available. Overall, it was a decent experience, but they could improve on delivering all the promised benefits.

I participated in a dinner and show tour, hoping for a fun night of good food and entertainment. Sadly, the experience was quite poor. The meal was average, with tasteless and poorly cooked dishes that didn't match the promised "gourmet" style. The show was dull and fell short of the promotion. The place felt small, and the service was careless. The mix of ordinary food and uninspired entertainment turned this tour into a letdown and a bad decision.
