My flight from Chicago to Fort Myers was canceled at boarding time. I needed to rebook and had to buy one way tickets in order to get to and from within my time line. Trust Fair helped me with my return flight from Fort Myers to O'Hare. The first flight they confirmed with me had an issue. I received a message from trust fares I needed to call them regarding my booking. When I spoke with an agent about the booking tickets were no longer available for the flight they had booked me on so I had to take an earlier flight that went from Fort Myers to Chicago then to Cincinnati. I was assured that this would not be a problem as long as I wasn't checking bags. When I got to the airport and was boarding all of the overhead compartments were full. My bags had to be checked and when the agent checked my boarding pass she argued that I was going to Cincinnati not Chicago. I wasn't given the opportunity to show them my confirmation and emails to confirm that I had been bumped from a later flight to this flight. I was accused of fraud and trying to get cheaper tickets by buying the flight to Cincinnati rather than directly to Chicago. I was told to get on the plane and send my bags to Cincinnati or I could repurchase tickets for another flight. Fortunately when I got to Chicago and spoke to an agent who I was going to file a claim with to get my bags was able to get the bags pulled from the flight to Cincinnati. It was very stressful and I was traveling with my granddaughter who was very embarrassed by the whole situation. I don't know if this problem resulted in giving me a connecting flight or just the agent at the terminal but hopefully correct information will be given to all customers. Thank you

WORST THIRD PARTY TO BUY TICKETS FROM. I PURCHASED OR THOUGHT I PURCHASED A SAME DAY TICKET ON THIS SITE. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT I WILL RECEIVE ETICKET AFTER ABOUT 2HRS I STILL DIDN'T RECEIVE NO TICKET(AA) I CALLED AND WAS TOLD A CRAP STORY ABOUT WHY I HAD NOT RECEIVED THE TICKET. SO I WENT ABOUT MY BUSINESS AND WAS SEARCHING I THEN GOT A PHONE CALL OFFERING TO SELL ME ANOTHER TICKET MORE EXPENSIVE I ASKED SOME QUESTIONS AND WAS TOLD THIS IS A 1 TIME COURTESY. AFTER ALL THAT MY TICKET WAS WRONG AND WENT DOWNHILL AFTER THAT BECAUSE I WAS NOT BEING REFUNDED OR NO ASSISTANCE WAS GIVEN BY THE REPRESENTATIVE WHO I SPOKE WITH AFTER THEY MESSED UP THE TICKET THEN THE AIRLINE FRONTIER WAS ALSO TERRIBLE. GOING OVER THERE REVIEW TO WRITE ABOUT THEM. THEY ALL ABOUT THE MONEY AND HAS NO INTEREST IN THE CUSTOMERS. WILL NEVER BE USING THIS SITE AGAIN AND OTHER CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT BUY ANY TICKETS FROM THEM EITHER UNLESS YOU CAN DEAL WITH THE MESS. THEY NOT READY FOR BUSINESS. My agent, your employee, Alice was WONDERFUL - very patient/unhurried/made me feel VERY valued as a customer, very helpful-- 5☆☆☆☆☆ !!! As it turns out the card I was using was no longer valid causing my reservation to not go through totally on the website. When I called I got Alice, promptly & I am thankful!! She explained the situation then actually called me BACK a couple of times to check on my progress/intentions on securing my Reservation!! And I could tell she was genuinely trying to take care of my needs & NOT just "make a sell"!! Thank you, Alice for helping to restore & renew my Faith in Customer Service -- TRUE Customer Service!!! You were a Blessing to me & a joy to deal with!!! Can you possibly give Walmart & so many other Stores/Institutions Lessons on Customer Service!! Thank you again for all your help & concern!! This company is a scammer they try to upsell you tickets after you purchase the discounted fare they use the discounted fare for the old salesman's trick of seeing getting your foot in the door they send you an email saying that you must call them because there's a problem with your booking and once you get them on the phone they tell you the tickets were for standby and all the tickets are sold but they can sell you the tickets on the exact same flight exact same itinerary times but you have to pay a higher fee mine went from $130 a ticket to $500 and something dollars a ticket how is it if all the tickets are sold out. Can they offer you tickets on the same plane the same times for a higher fee all the tickets aren't sold they're trying to sell them to you again for a higher price I would not recommend these people to anybody and would recommend that somebody get a hold of the attorney general for the state of Ohio and shut these people down

This was my first time using a booking agent. Steve reached out to me to let me know the flights were confirmed which were on standby. He got me as close as possible with regards to departure times, etc. for basically the same price. My only disappointment was that these new arrangements were not direct flights as I originally wanted. She provided detailed instructions through the entire process and assured me every time I checked in that things were moving and I would receive my etickets once the airline put through the charges. I was nervous and sent a few emails but Steve kept assuring me everything was OK. She even called me once the charges hit to let me know my etickets were sent.

The company attempted a deceitful tactic with my airline tickets. After purchasing 2 tickets with reserved seats, I received an email the next day prompting a "verification" of my reservation. To my dismay, they claimed the ticket prices had surged by over $250 each, alleging they hadn't charged my credit card the previous day. This maneuver appeared to be a blatant scheme to extract more money. I refused to pay the additional amount and vowed never to use their services due to their questionable practices.

Booked a ticket for . They sent email with booking number assigned by trustees but not actuall tickets, in email I was told they will send an other email with booking details, waited over night, called next day they said I will get ticket by evening, called after evening they said wait 24 hours, called after 24 hours they said by th end of day, now they want me to call them and pay way too much to book from them again and over the phone, don’t trust scammers for your travel needs

Jeff at lux flight was absolutely sensational. He first got us excellent tickets and prices for them on our trip from LAX to Venice Italy. DONT DO IT. Attempted to book, but received an email/text the next day insisting on a verification call. They attempted to alter my original booking, changing times, flights, and price. Even the closest alternative was $300 pricier. Opted out and canceled my card for security. Proceed with caution.
