It took me a little while to get in touch with them to solve something about my booking, but once I did, they were quick to fix it and compensated me for the inconvenience. Thanks to @hotel, we got a great hotel price in Amsterdam compared to other search engines. The experience was good, and I'll book with them again. The only thing I didn’t like was the phone support because I had trouble understanding the two people who helped me (due to their accent), and there was a lot of background noise, not to mention the cost of the call. I think it would be great if customer service was via email.
