The service was quite good overall.

The service was quite good overall. The website was simple to use, and I had no trouble placing my order. One star removed because the shipping process was odd. The product moved around a lot, first from the warehouse to a processing center in another state, then to another one across the country, and finally to my state. After that, it took a week to reach the local post office. I understand it’s a third-party shipper, but the reviews for them are consistently similar. They might want to consider a different carrier.

Order processing and shipping are pretty slow.

Order processing and shipping are pretty slow. I've been waiting over a week for a return authorization. They should work on shipping and customer service response times; it would be better to have replies within 24 hours instead of no replies. It raises questions and definitely makes for a less enjoyable experience.

Package came with a zipper that didn't work. I reached out to the company, and they sent a new one that day. The bag is of high quality. Just like they said. I did a test pack, and it will function as I wanted. I haven't used it on a trip yet, so I can't say how creased my suit will be while traveling.
