I won't advise anyone to book with them. I purchased a round trip ticket through them they took my money and issued the ticket for the departure and waited till 8 hrs before the return flight to indicate that they don't have a confirmation ticket for me. Which means that I cannot get to where I was going to have surgery. I paid for an additional flight , money gone. I will be charged for missing appointment, parking fees gone and all they want to give me is a partial refund or charge me additional twice as much as my total ticket cost at my expense. This company is a bait and switch company which is totally incompetent and fraudulent. I will advise anyone to look elsewhere for airline flights. If I could give negative stars they would get negative 5. They are also liars telling me the airline cancelled the flight, but not knowing that I spoke to the airline before calling them.they are dishonest, liars, frauds, thieves and do not care about traveling public.

I booked a flight on May 2 with American Airlines. They took the money right away, but I got no emails about my flight. So, I called on July 29, and the agent, Jasper, said I was on standby because the ticket price went up due to a 1.5-hour delay in processing. This is not my fault, it's yours. I'm very angry about how this was handled. No one contacted me about this issue. I want someone to call me and explain. I feel like American Airlines is scamming innocent people. If no one contacts me, as a retired veteran, I will talk to authorities and warn my 5000 social media friends about this stressful experience. Reach out to me about this disturbing and stressfull time.

Spoke with Zachary on the 5tj of May and was having trouble understanding what he was explaining to me and my husband. He kept his patients and remained very pleasant with us in explaining what should have been very easy for us to get. I apologized to him when the light bulb finally came on and we understood what he was saying. He even called us backto help with our e ticket and get us all checked it. He was a joy to work with and a great asset to your company.

Oh man, I was stuck on hold

Oh man, I was stuck on hold for a whopping 3 hours, trying to sort out a flight change that wasn't even my fault. Finally got connected to Mac, and let me tell you, he's the real MVP. This guy went above and beyond, showing some top-tier customer service. Super patient, super passionate about his job. Mac didn't nail it on the first shot, but he stuck with it and got my mess sorted. Huge shoutout to Mac for making things right. Cheers, Mac!

Man, straight-up zero for these folks – sounds like a total nightmare! Doesn't matter what decisions they make; you're just stuck dealing with the aftermath. It's a full-on fraud warning here. You booked for 13 passengers, and poof, reservations vanished into thin air. That's a major red flag. Heads up to everyone out there – these guys are playing some shady games. Watch your back!

Eva was really nice and helpful. She helped us a lot during a tough time for our family. We're in town because my mom is sick, and Eva was patient while we sorted out the password reset and how to use our points. It would've been good if she could've given us a better rate since we're members, but she couldn't because of short notice.

This company messed up

This company messed up my ticket cancellation and rebooking. I thought it was with American Airlines, but I'm not sure. Anyway, they promised a full refund, but I never got any refund at all. Going to small claims court seems like it might be less hassle and cheaper than dealing with them.
