Flight schedule changes. Enduring an 11-hour and 30-minute wait in uncomfortable chairs at Doha before boarding another flight was unacceptable. The company swiftly secured competitive prices for multiple Business Class choices on my desired route. Unfortunately, my inquiry about ticket type responsiveness was lacking. Despite the efficiency, the confirmed reservation revealed a Basic ticket, surprising me with substantial fees for any modifications.

They're fast in finding good prices for Business

They're fast in finding good prices for Business Class on my route, but not helpful when I asked if it was Basic or Business Flex. It ended up being Basic with big fees for changes.
