Scored the best price around – awesome! But, uh-oh, got hit with an upsell when an agent called your wife, tacking on $170. Quick call to customer support and they agreed to nix the upsell and keep the reservations. Then, a curveball – an email saying they're canceling your flight reservations and refunding the $170, but no word on the original price. Had to hit reply, and that got the supervisor on the line. Crisis averted – supervisor confirmed your reservations are solid for the original amount and even shot over a confirmation. So, a bit of a rollercoaster there, but in the end, you're flying high. If not for the upsell hiccup, it'd be a solid 5-star review.

The orderin' process were

The orderin' process were simple enough. After buyin' online, 'bout a month 'fore my flight, I had to call and confirm the flight. They raised the price I booked at but it weren't unreasonable. I was sent my eticket the night I booked. I did not receive my boardin' passes 24 hours 'fore my flight so I had to call customer service once again. I was connected with Caren and she was great. Very helpful and after a short wait, she verified my trip and sent me the boardin' passes. I just got to the airport and checked in. I am all set to fly now and it has been a decent experience.

I want to express my gratitude to your Agent Selvin Brad for the great customer service he provided. He did more than expected to make sure the issue I raised was completely handled. He gave the best advice possible on the subject. I felt at ease and content with the help. Good job Selvin! Later, Mr. Miguel assisted me, and I received my ticket after 24 hrs. They have good service, but the online prices are often not available. However, when they call back, they search for better deals.

The first call didn’t go too well because things weren’t explained properly. I tried again, and this time I spoke with Caren, who helped me understand everything about my booking. I’ll be sure to reach out to Caren next time I use Lookbyfare.

Booked a flight, got the confirmation, and then out of the blue, they hit you with a call saying the flight's suddenly more expensive by $200. No way! Smart move canceling with them. Found the exact same flight cheaper with another company – that's some quick thinking. Definitely a disappointment with Lookbyfare. Here's to smoother travels ahead!
