Honestly, I was ready for a hassle when I rang up for flight details. Mr. Sean Mathews answered and sorted out the bookings flawlessly, also making sure I got all the details for the round trip flights for my family. Alayna was really nice and great; she helped me a lot and was understanding. I shared my problem and mentioned I was struggling with booking a flight and had met an impolite worker, but she took the time to listen to me. I was very grateful for her help, and she deserves a good review. I don’t usually write them, but she earned it.
