I tried returning a product, and what a headache it’s been! First, they kept delaying and acting like they didn’t understand my issue. Weeks of emails, and they still seemed lost. When they finally processed my refund, it was only half of what I was owed. It felt like they were just trying to wear me down with confusion. Now, I'm stuck in this endless loop of back-and-forth emails, and they still claim they're trying to sort it out. It's been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I just want this resolved. Customer service shouldn’t be this complicated. Hoping they figure it out soon, but I'm not holding my breath.
