    I've been a Venus fan for ages, but things have changed a lot since the new company took over. I remember snagging deals for $15, and now those same items are priced at $69. It's a bit frustrating, honestly. And trying to find what I want? Forget it—things are always out of stock. I've got store credit sitting there, and I kinda wish I could just get my money back. It's a bummer to see one of my go-to clothing brands go downhill like this. I hope they figure things out soon because I really miss the old Venus.

When they finally processed my refund, it was only half of what I was owed. It felt like they were just trying to wear me down with confusion. Now, I'm stuck in this endless loop of back-and-forth emails, and they still claim they're trying to sort it out. It's been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I just want this resolved. Customer service shouldn’t be this complicated. Hoping they figure it out soon, but I'm not holding my breath.
