    I usually check reviews on Trustpilot before buying stuff, they're super helpful. Anyway, I messed up my order the other day, totally forgot to add a coupon. So, I reached out to the company's customer service. They were awesome, really quick and polite. They refunded the discount without any hassle. Working in customer service myself, I can spot when a company genuinely cares about their customers. And this company? You can just feel it's a part of their culture, not just a one-off thing. It's refreshing to see businesses like this nowadays. Definitely makes me want to shop with them again.
