    I decided to try out this company that looked UK-based, but turns out their warehouse is in China. Returning stuff? What a nightmare. No free returns, and I had to shell out £12-13 just to send it back to China. It really cut into my refund. When I emailed about the refund, they took a whole day to reply and kept trying to talk me out of returning the item. They offered things like gift cards and partial refunds, but if you want a full refund, it has to go back to China, and you cover the shipping. Their follow-up emails were full of apologies but didn’t really help much. Honestly, if I knew it’d be this much hassle, I would’ve never bought from them.

    I ordered some swimwear from SeaFancy back in early June, hoping to have it in time for a beach trip. Paid extra for express shipping to the UK, but by mid-June, nothing had shown up. I reached out and found out that some items were out of stock and they hadn’t even shipped my order. They never bothered to inform me about this. After a bit of back and forth, they agreed to issue a refund on June 16 and asked me to reach out if it didn’t arrive in 15 days. Well, it’s now mid-August, and I’m still waiting. I've contacted them multiple times, and each time, they assure me the refund is on its way. But here I am, still £97 out of pocket with no sign of a refund. Super frustrating experience! UK folks, be careful with SeaFancy.
