You wouldn't believe how helpful the customer service was when I messed up my order. I accidentally picked the wrong size, and dainty customer service jumped right in to help me sort it out. It was almost like they read my mind because they immediately offered a discount and free shipping, which, let's be honest, who doesn't love that? The emails were quick and straight to the point, making everything so much easier and quicker. Now, I'm just counting down the days until my new items get here. It's not often you come across service that really goes the extra mile, but this was definitely one of those times.

So, I reached out to the company's customer service. They were awesome, really quick and polite. They refunded the discount without any hassle. Working in customer service myself, I can spot when a company genuinely cares about their customers. And this company? You can just feel it's a part of their culture, not just a one-off thing. It's refreshing to see businesses like this nowadays. Definitely makes me want to shop with them again.

I'm 6'2" and weigh 240 pounds, so I ordered a size large, thinking it would fit well. However, when I received the shirt, it was a bit too tight for my liking. I recently ordered a Kewlioo sweat vest, following their size chart. Unfortunately, when it arrived it was too big for me, as I usually wear a medium. Thankfully, customer service were able to help very quickly, with a response time of around 5-10 minutes, and offered me a way to resolve the sizing issue and get the next size down. I really like the product, so much that I got one for my wife too.. the customer service was awesome. I ordered the wrong size for myself and decided to return it, but they told me to keep it and sent me a new one with a discount.. now I can give the smaller one to my wife.. it works great and is surprisingly powerful... be prepared lol and have a towel nearby, you'll definitely need it lol 😆.. it definitely does the job!!!
