    I ordered the wrong size, it didn't fit at all. Customer service was amazing, they really helped me out. They went way beyond what I expected to make sure I was happy. I'm so glad I found this product, and I'd recommend them to anyone, seriously.

    This company is great.

    I bought some stuff, but it was too small. But they have a 20-day swap policy. I contacted them and they fixed everything fast. They gave me a new shipping number the next day. That's good service.

    I had a great experience with the agent, they were super helpful and attentive, definitely a 5/5 for them. However, I'm a bit disappointed with the exchange policy. I mean, not being able to fully exchange a product that's supposedly covered because of its shipping origin? That's kinda frustrating. And then there's this “30 day fit assurance” thing. Sounds great in theory, but having to pay 50% of the reorder fee doesn’t really sit well with me. I wish they could be more flexible with their policies to make things easier for the customers. Overall, mixed feelings – amazing service but the exchange policy needs some work.

    I recently had a bit of a mix-up with my shirt order, and at first, it was a tad confusing figuring out how to sort it all out. I had to ask a few times before it all clicked, but the team was pretty responsive. They quickly offered to send me the right size without much hassle, which was great. I wouldn't have minded returning the small ones and reordering, but their offer saved me the trouble. Now, I'm just waiting for the correct size to arrive.     Man, this was such a letdown. Ordered from what I thought was an American company, thinking I'd get my stuff in a few days. But nope, my items are still stuck in Hong Kong! Like, really? I paid good money expecting American-made quality and to support American jobs, not some marked-up products from Temu. Tried to cancel as soon as I realized the scam, but no luck. Makes me so frustrated! At least Omaha Steaks let me cancel when I had a similar issue. They were cool about it and understood how misleading the whole thing was. Seriously, if I'm paying American prices, I want the real deal, not this runaround.

    I can't believe how frustrated

    I can't believe how frustrated I am with this purchase. First off, it took 11 whole days to arrive. When it finally did, it didn't even fit properly. I'm 56 kg with measurements 93-81-97 cm and ordered a size M, which should have been perfect. I'm quite active and usually have no trouble with sizing. Was this some kind of joke? I even tried to take a picture but couldn't upload it. This one's definitely going to the bin. Such a waste of time and money. Save yourself the trouble and skip this one.
