I'm holding out hope that I'll be able to update this review with a more positive experience, but for now, things aren't looking great. My order was initially set to ship on 10/27/23, but I just received an email today saying they now hope to ship it by 11/10. That's a delay of 13-14 days beyond the promised date. What's even more frustrating is that there's no way to get in touch with anyone at the company over the phone.

I recently ordered a hat from SquadLocker.com, but I was disappointed with the embroidery quality—it was poorly done. I contacted SquadLocker, and they sent me a replacement, but unfortunately, it had the same issue. They did issue a refund for my purchase, and the customer service was acceptable.
