Ordered some practice shirts for my kid. Weeks passed, and still no sign of the package. I tried contacting USPS with the tracking info, but they were just as clueless as me, saying it was out for delivery. After another week of waiting, I reached out to Squad Locker’s customer service and met Mabel. She was on it right away, emailing me daily and trying to crack the mystery with USPS. When that didn’t pan out, she arranged to resend the shirts, making sure they’d get here quick. Mabel's dedication was next-level, and thanks to her, I felt taken care of. Placed another order, and while I’m crossing my fingers, it’s good to know Mabel’s got my back.
