Over the past month, attempts to reach a live person were unsuccessful, leading to frustration, particularly during a custom-designed order. The seven items ordered were significantly delayed, missing the fall season, but upon delivery, we were pleased with the spirit wear's appearance, supporting our school team. The representative's exceptional gesture of suggesting a donation for the undesired items showcased the company's positive character.

Just had to share about my time with SquadLocker! They were super fast with email replies, and their customer service, especially Hanna and Anton, was top-notch. We had a ton of revisions for our logo, and they were super patient, making sure everything was just right. The variety and quality of their items really blew us away. Poor product

I recently ordered a hat from SquadLocker.com, but I was disappointed with the embroidery quality—it was poorly done. I contacted SquadLocker, and they sent me a replacement, but unfortunately, it had the same issue. They did issue a refund for my purchase, and the customer service was acceptable. I'm holding out hope that

I'm holding out hope that I'll be able to update this review with a more positive experience, but for now, things aren't looking great. My order was initially set to ship on 10/27/23, but I just received an email today saying they now hope to ship it by 11/10. That's a delay of 13-14 days beyond the promised date. What's even more frustrating is that there's no way to get in touch with anyone at the company over the phone.
