I got 4 jerseys but it said I got 5. I emailed them. After 24 hours, they said send the extra back for refund. Website has no refund. I'll wait for jerseys or cancel card charge.

If you wanna add your own touch to a football shirt, this shop is good. They let you put your name or fav player's name on the back. The printing is good and looks cool. It's a good way to support your team or player. I've done it a few times and it always turns out good.

complete disappointment

This company is a complete disappointment. I paid for my order, but it's been two months and still no sign of the goods. Customer service takes forever to respond, and even though they promised a refund, it's been another two months with no money returned. The VP, Ricardo Mendoza, reached out offering to remove my negative review, but after explaining my situation, they've disappeared. Avoid this company at all costs - they're nothing but a scam.

Purchased a shirt from this company. Turned out to be a complete fake. Tried to return it through their process, but no reply from them. Contacted my credit card company, told them about the missing labels and hologram, as well as the absence of a batch ID. They reversed the charge and gave Jersey Loco 40 days to reply. Surprise, surprise, no response from them within the given time frame.

The jerseys seemed fine when they arrived, but after washing them a few times, the numbers and names started peeling off. I've had other problems too. My suggestion is to get a plain jersey without patches or numbers if you want it to last longer. The patches fall off, and the peeling names look cheap and embarrassing, especially if you've given the jersey as a gift. Their customer service is not great – they only send automated responses. Overall, the company seems cheap, and the results match that.
