Initial anticipation turned to disappointment with my first order. The delivered package didn't contain any of the items I selected and paid for. Instead, I received a completely different set of clothes. Currently awaiting clarification on this mix-up, but the experience has been disheartening, opening the package only to discover none of the expected items.

Terrible experience with this company! Placed an order on December 6, and they completely ignored my multiple emails, social media comments, and messages. They took £95 and failed to deliver my daughter's Christmas present. Shocked and appalled by their utter lack of decency and rudeness.

Ordered gym wear for Christmas, but the leggings shattered my confidence – comfy yet embarrassingly see-through. The sports bras are cozy, yet disappointed to find loose threads on one. Despite comfort, the quality doesn't justify the hefty price tag. Regrettably, won't be returning for more.

So, I goofed up and ordered the wrong size. Realized my blunder within an hour and shot support an email, hoping they'd swoop in and save the day. Well, they got back fast, but the news wasn't great – no changes allowed. No chance to fix my size mishap; instead, they nudged me to make a whole new order. Not the smoothest ride and feeling a bit let down by the customer service.

Bought two pairs of honeycomb scrunch leggings, and would you believe it? Both ripped just from me casually sitting on the couch. Now, that's a major bummer. And to add to the headache, when I posted my review on Facebook, this company went ahead and reported my account for who knows what. Not cool at all. Safe to say, they won't be getting any more of my business.

Got these leggings back in May

Got these leggings back in May, and at first, they didn't quite hug me right. Bummer, 'cause they're super cute! Ended up keeping them in my drawer with the tags on for months. Fast forward to a few weeks ago (Nov), decided to give them another shot, and bam! Fell in love. Been rocking them at the gym, getting compliments left and right. But, hold up – tonight, I spot a not-so-cool surprise: a hole along the seam of the butt, right above the crotch gusset. Major letdown. I've only washed them once in cold water and air-dried them, so it's weird they're falling apart. Now, I'm hesitating to order anything else, even though you've got loads of cute stuff. Kind of stuck 'cause I need better-fitting leggings. Disappointed vibes, man.

I adore the seamless leggings with the bum scrunch; however, it's essential to note that they come with only a three-month warranty, as I was informed when I inquired about potential solutions. Unfortunately, mine started falling apart after five months, despite wearing them only around six times. While they are a bit pricey, the limited durability is a concern, and it's something to consider before making a purchase.

Ryderwear has an easy-to-use website with a great variety of items, and their delivery is usually speedy. However, I wish they offered more color options or the ability to customize products. Overall, I'm a huge fan of their brand and products; I'm tempted to become a shareholder! Their positive aspects make them a go-to choice for me, but some additional customization options would take the experience to the next level. Nonetheless, I'll continue to shop with them and hope they continue to improve and expand their offerings.
