    I had a really frustrating experience with this company. Their promotional "buy one, get one" offer seemed like a great deal at first, but they conveniently forgot to mention you can only use one offer at a time. It felt like a trap, pushing you to open more accounts. When I tried to sort it out, their customer service was anything but helpful. They even asked for a 7% processing fee just to fix their own mistakes! And canceling my subscription? What a nightmare. They kept me locked in some predatory cycle that canceled my fully prepaid subscription. When I asked for a refund, they just pointed to their hidden terms of service. Honestly, the whole thing felt really shady. I'd steer clear of them.

    I used to love this trading platform, but my experience with Onyx has been frustrating. I was trading silver, one of my go-to assets, and tried to set my stop loss. Nothing happened, so I tried again and added a take profit order. Still nothing. After logging out and back in, I saw multiple long orders I never intended to place. Talked to an advisor who said they saw a stop order being rejected, but then another rep blamed liquidity issues. That's nonsense because silver's more liquid now than ever. They admitted they’d reset it if it was an evaluation, but not for an exhibition account. Resetting costs $649, which I’m not paying. It's disappointing since I spent over a week on this. I still appreciate the firm, but they need to address these platform issues instead of blaming users.
