    In this broker, I saw two main qualities that I need. 1) Of course it spreads. I trade only intraday without even a slight possibility to hold something overnight. In this situation, vcg proved themselves worthy. I don’t actually look at numbers, but since my performance was good, costs didn’t eat profits, I was okay. 2) Adding a trading central. I trust my analysis, but from TA side, better to have some credible confirmation. And it was right away without a need to open additional tabs and subscribe.

    XM created quite a good mobile app and I should admit it’s very convenient for mobile trading. Whenever I need to close or open positions, I can just do it from my smartphone while being in the gym or somewhere else, a few clicks and there you go. And as a swing trader I appreciate those free swap commissions because these conditions allow me to hold positions for weeks and even months without worrying about trading-costs. The only remark is I’d like to see some new AI tools because other brokers started adding them steadily, maybe AI chart or AI signals, things like that.

    I signed up for a service without checking all the details, and when the renewal hit, I realized they don’t do refunds. I get it, my mistake for not reading the fine print, but it was a bit frustrating. When I reached out, hoping for a bit of understanding, they just pointed me back to the terms. Felt like I was talking to a wall. It would’ve been nice if they showed a little flexibility or at least some empathy. Guess it’s a lesson learned for next time, but it left me feeling a bit sour. Definitely a reminder to always double-check the details before signing up for anything.
