I thought I'd try the annual plan instead of monthly, thinking there’d be a trial period, but bam, $72 gone with no warning! Then, they only let me use a tiny part of my credit limit. I was like, "Okay, maybe going back to the monthly plan would be smarter." But trying to contact them? Forget it. No phone number, nothing—felt like dealing with a ghost company. Honestly, handing over my personal info and finances to someone I can’t even talk to? Nope, not happening. Now, I'm stuck wanting a refund but clueless on how to reach them. All this mess happened the very day I signed up!
