    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I've received regarding my 12-month program. Despite excellent instruction, communication with your support team has been inadequate. My inquiries have been delayed, and five paid classes were cancelled without a refund, yet I was still charged for September. I request a prompt resolution to this matter.

    I found this site through Instagram I believe. I gave it a try, lots of value for my money, I joined a few classes, I really enjoy all the cake decorating, cookies, chocolates and treats classes. Everything is clear and simple to follow. I have learned a lot already. I even bought some classes for my friends, they enjoy them also.

    I dove into DataCamp and it's been a pretty cool ride so far. The way they break down tough topics into bite-sized pieces is kind of genius. Plus, those exercises they have? They really nail down the concepts in your brain, which is super helpful. I do wish there was a bit more variety in the practice sections, though. It would make things even more engaging and maybe a bit more challenging too. But overall, it's been a solid experience and definitely makes learning less of a chore. If you're looking to get into some new skills without getting overwhelmed, it's worth a shot!
