I bought two rifle scopes and two knives for $193.91. One knife arrived damaged and wouldn’t come out of the socket. I emailed them several times on 10/07/24, but they only replied that the order was sent, ignoring my issue. After more emails, they finally sent a message on how to fix the knife, but it didn’t work. I informed them that the fix didn’t help, yet they sent another email with a video on how to repair it again. I told them I felt like I was talking to a robot and suggested that a real person should handle customer issues. Frustrated, I tossed the knife in the trash because of their poor communication and support. I got a response today, 10/29/24, stating there’s a warranty and I need to return it, but by then, I had already discarded it. Their reply felt sarcastic, and I wasted too much time on this. I’ve worked with many other companies for guns and gear, and they always solve problems efficiently. This was my first experience with this company, and it will be my last. I just hope the other knife and scopes don’t have any issues.
