I’m a retired LEO and also a member of my church’s security team. I recently ordered three stun guns for myself, my wife, and another team member. When they arrived, I tried all of them but none of them worked. I did follow the instructions though.
I reached out to gunnergear and within an hour, they got back to me with a message and a video. It turns out there was a new safety feature added, but the instructions hadn’t been updated yet.
Customer service is a huge part of a company’s reputation and these guys are fantastic at taking care of their customers.
