I bought 3 Big Trump Knives for the guys in my family. When my order arrived, I was missing one knife. I contacted customer service, and they got back to me within 48 hours, apologizing for the mistake and telling me the missing knife would be sent out. I got it this weekend as they promised. Thanks to John and Emily in customer service for quick replies and completing my order. I enjoy supporting small American businesses, and Gunner Gear did not let me down!
