Good service from Matthew Z, Greg W, Calvin C, and Adam D. I got a refurbished Avenge X rifle, but it didn’t hold pressure. Matthew and Calvin assisted me with the return. The replacement rifle had the same issue. Calvin and Adam were there to help with the second one and gave me a full refund so I could get another item (Umarex Zelos). Throughout the process, everyone at Airgun Depot was polite and helpful, covering the shipping for both returns.
