Let a significant sum of a minor's account be moved to other relatives without the permission of the legal guardian. When I raised this concern, I was told to hire a lawyer to handle it, as they don't handle family matters. None of my friends were able to contribute to the cause because it was very glitchy, and I couldn’t set up a fundraiser to cover my lawyer’s fees, since it kept logging me out. They don’t seem concerned about fraud or protecting children. This company should really be looked into.

I have been very happy with spotfund. Setting everything up was simple. When I needed assistance, they responded FAST and looked into the issue right away. The payout went through without any problems. The only reason I didn't give them a full 5-star review is because of the credit card fee. I get that they're being charged, but it would be nice if they didn’t charge that fee, especially for medical fundraisers. Other than that, I highly recommend spot.fund. Overall, it's a great service.
