I needed to reach out to Customer Service, and the team (emailed with two folks) was polite and quick to answer and fix my issue. The person who put the campaign for donations together didn’t set it up correctly. GiveSendGo wasn’t to blame and they assited me in sorting it out fast.

I think it would be nice if there were better ways for people who don’t know the families to find those needing help. Maybe having a more public platform where folks could learn about different campaigns would help. The site itself feels like it could use some more options. It’d be great if they had a way to make your story into an advert to reach more people through other social media chanels.

Mike and SpotFund were amazing! Mike arranged our Fundraising Competition in no time and the platform was so easy to use. Excited for the future launch where we can organize our own Fundraising Competitions, but for now, I'm happy working with SpotFund team.
