Our organization looks after paths and tries out a donation plan using QR code with Donorbox. Recently, we discovered that Stripe manages the bank transfer part for them and they've frozen the system because all documents we sent to prove our identity got rejected. We're stuck!

Despite providing feedback and receiving a response, their subsequent lack of clarity and responsiveness is deeply concerning. Their vague use of language, such as "on the verge of," leaves me puzzled and seeking further explanation, which they seem unwilling or unable to provide. Additionally, their refusal to offer a phone number for direct communication is unacceptable, especially considering their operations in Canada. It's disheartening to encounter such poor customer service, where basic inquiries go unanswered, leaving customers feeling ignored and undervalued.
