I am having trouble linking the payment processor with the given instructions. Although I can transfer money to myself using Stripe, connecting Stripe to Donorbox is not working for me. I was informed this usually occurs when an incorrect STRIPE account is linked to Donorbox. I have only one STRIPE account. I am hesitant to use another account ID they offer. I will not be using this service.

This company is usually used by scammers pretending to be animal shelters worldwide. Even when told an account is fake, they do nothing, letting scammers keep taking money from animal lovers. Donorbox doesn't seem to care about people losing money, just making more. Avoid!

Our organization looks after paths and tries out a donation plan using QR code with Donorbox. Recently, we discovered that Stripe manages the bank transfer part for them and they've frozen the system because all documents we sent to prove our identity got rejected. We're stuck!

Despite providing feedback and receiving a response, their subsequent lack of clarity and responsiveness is deeply concerning. Their vague use of language, such as "on the verge of," leaves me puzzled and seeking further explanation, which they seem unwilling or unable to provide. Additionally, their refusal to offer a phone number for direct communication is unacceptable, especially considering their operations in Canada. It's disheartening to encounter such poor customer service, where basic inquiries go unanswered, leaving customers feeling ignored and undervalued.
