Been shopping with Venus for nearly 20 years, always loved their clothes and the fit, though a few items here and there weren't perfect. Recently, I had to return some stuff and noticed they now charge almost $12 for returns—used to be free! They claim it’s $8.99 but then add extra fees. I was frustrated but forgot and ordered again. Big mistake! Quality has tanked. Dresses don’t fit right, even when I size up. Seams are shoddy, and the material feels cheap, like something from SHEIN. So sad because I still wear old dresses from them that look great. Venus has lost its touch, and I’m done ordering from them. Very disappointed.

I've been shopping at Venus

I've been shopping at Venus for over 15 years, and I used to buy their clothes almost every month. But for the past 5 years, the styles have really gone downhill. I've made a few small purchases, spending no more than $100, when I used to spend way more because I loved their stuff. Now, the selections are just terrible. I don't know what changed, but the fashion styles have become really unappealing. If it's the buyer, they seriously need to be replaced with someone who knows what women actually want to wear. This issue has been ongoing for years, not just a recent problem.

I enjoy Venus clothes.

I enjoy Venus clothes. I bought 2 pairs of pants, both size 6. One fits great, the other is a bit big. The tanks I got didn't have details. They are cropped and too short for me. I'm not sending anything back. I might wear the tanks as undershirts.

Avoid using their credit card.

Avoid using their credit card. They make unauthorized charges to take your money. I used to enjoy Venus, but I'm finished with them. Plus, you can't talk to anyone in customer service in the USA, so it's a huge runaround mess.
