My experience with this company's customer service has been extremely disappointing. I attempted to make multiple reservations across various itineraries over several months, only to encounter continuous issues with their booking engine. Despite 13 email inquiries and 3 phone calls, the problems persist. They acknowledged the issues but failed to provide any solutions. I requested either a refund for the non-functional months or an extension, but the promised resolution remains elusive. It's frustrating that my first inquiry was on Oct 7, 2023, and weeks pass without a response. The lack of effective communication and problem resolution is a major concern.

Absolutely dreadful customer service

Absolutely dreadful customer service experience! Despite a hefty $50 annual fee, my access to the wallet has been blocked for the past three weeks, and the company has shown zero initiative in resolving the issue. Countless hours wasted on fruitless calls and emails. The representatives on the phone are shockingly unprofessional, with a severely limited understanding of their own company. Some seem oblivious to the fact that they work for UnPub. Resorting to a credit card dispute to reclaim my $50 – a justified move given this abysmal service.

Fantastic service through email

Fantastic service through email and, if you manage to reach them by phone, it's top-notch. Although the phone line is quite busy, dialing in right at 8 am helps. Their ticket prices outshine competitors, and I've booked through Unpub twice without any hidden fees. The staff is genuinely friendly—no exaggeration. Trust your instincts and go for it.

I reserved a Ramada hotel near SFO. It's named Aluxor hotel. I received a call explaining it (which is good). I didn't get the confirmation email until I called customer support. Customer support is good, but the web app needs improvement. Unpub should put more effort into it.

I got an email asking for papers to check the credit card, but they didn't send the form they promised. And I don't feel safe sending my credit card details via email. They took the money from my account, so why the verification?

Unpub is great. It offers me good rates. Only thing I want is this: Can UNPUB show me a price grid like Kayak or Google flights so that I can see what are the rates around my intended date of travel. Thanks.
