Upon my arrival, I discovered that the venue, which lacked a reception and any assistance, was not a hotel at all. Seeking help through the provided communication channel on WhatsApp proved futile on a Sunday afternoon, as @athotel conveyed their inability to assist due to the timing. Given the unsavory surroundings, coupled with concerns for my safety, I opted to secure alternative accommodation for the remaining two prepaid nights. Despite discovering subsequent negative reviews about the location on TripAdvisor, I had initially relied on @athotel's guidance, only to find myself in a challenging situation. Disappointingly, even after more than a week, neither the Old City Design Apartments nor @athotel has provided a resolution. This has left me in a state of uncertainty, having incurred additional expenses for alternative lodgings and forfeited payment for the original reservation. Attempting to share my experience on their website was met with a discouraging response, stating that the reviews are sourced from hotel providers. On a positive note, my subsequent booking with another hotel in Madrid proved to be a satisfying experience, offering a stark contrast to the challenges faced with @athotel.

I booked a hotel in Capri through tripscout and it was a good experience. We stayed at a lovely place that would normally cost £1000 per night, but we got it for only £300 per night, which is a steal. The hotel was very nice and they gave us a free upgrade too. This site has some really good deals - a true find!

Stay as FAR away as you can from this company. We spent THOUSANDS of dollars on our honeymoon trip., then we get to the hotel and they don't have ANY confirmation of our arrival. BOOM, out of luck. Couldn't contact them via phone, WhatsApp, email or anything. Filed for fraud via our bank.

Me and my husband had a great time at the Ibis hotel in Bournemouth. The front desk staff were nice and friendly. The rooms were big and tidy. The bed was super comfy, we slept really well. It's near the beach and lots of restaurants in Boscombe. We'll come back soon for sure.

I visited Bodrum for dental treatment. First solo trip, so nervous. From start @THEPROFRSSORSHOTEL made me welcome. Basic but nice hotel, private, quiet. 1 min walk to strip/beach. Staff nice, owner Saadet helpful. If I return to Bodrum, I'll stay here. Thanks for your help.

We reserved 3 rooms for our trip to London. The confirmation we got showed a different price than what the site showed, so we reached out to support through messenger. Abdo was really kind and helped us right away. We are quite pleased with our booking exprience.

Abdo and Omar from the Athotel support team were very supportive in fixing the problem with the resort fee that was charged as an unlisted fee. Athotel follows their promise of refunding any hidden costs that were not made clear before booking.

The pricing and booking process with @Hotel were pretty good. They offered a reasonable rate compared to other booking sites. However, the restaurant didn't live up to its 4-star billing. The service was poor and the management seemed lacking.

Booking with this company is easy. They show prices clearly, no surprises later. Usually, their prices are better than others. We've booked many times and once had to cancel. They refunded us quickly, no problems.
