Having encountered negative feedback about the recently launched resort we had reservations for, my spouse and I opted to switch resorts. Despite several attempts to seek alternative options from our agent Roger, we eventually canceled and rebooked independently. While we had prepaid our flights months prior through Travel Centre, complications arose when asked to settle the balance. Roger's departure left us in a communication limbo, with unresolved issues persisting for over 3 weeks. The current team's sketchy communication and lack of follow-through, coupled with questionable practices like charging discrepancies based on fluctuating flight prices, paint a concerning picture of this company's reliability.

Devin Carter provided excellent service in planning our trip to Vietnam, Cambodia, and South Korea. His professionalism and patience were notable as he guided us through the itinerary. Devin demonstrated a strong understanding of the travel options and communicated them effectively. He was always available and responded promptly to our queries. Booking with this company for a birthday trip to the Maldives turned into a frustrating ordeal. The lack of informative responses, a sudden change in travel plans, and confusion upon arrival created a sense of being left to navigate the journey alone. The representative failed to provide crucial details, resulting in unexpected costs and a prolonged waiting time at the Male airport. This experience reinforced the hesitancy to rely on travel agents, and I would strongly discourage others from choosing this particular service. Proceed with caution.

Travel Centre US offers an extensive array of options that can be a bit overwhelming. Fortunately, Travel Advisor Eric Miles provided invaluable assistance, guiding me through choices and making daily adjustments to suit my preferences. Despite their commendable service, it's disappointing that they don't provide travel insurance, leaving a potential gap in comprehensive vacation planning. I would have rated them higher if this essential aspect was included, as life's uncertainties warrant such considerations.

Fransis is an great agent...very proffesional and helpful. He organized a group of 16 people for a trip to Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Bali in only 3 days!!...it was amazing working with him. Very trustworthy person. His patience is the best value, he spent lot of time dealing all by phone. I really like this agent!! Congrats Travel Center, we are so excited to see what is included in this trip!!!

Taking charge efficiently, he not only finalized our Dubai and Bali trip but also initiated plans for a 2025 girls' trip to Italy. The company's performance started decently, but as travel dates approached, the constant changes and difficulty in obtaining information became a significant concern. Communication was akin to pulling teeth, and the lack of willingness to address issues was noticeable. It's advisable to seek assistance elsewhere for a smoother experience.

This company got everything we needed for a full trip to Iceland. It covered: flight tickets, airport/hotel rides, hotel with breakfast, tours and a great sales rep, Mr. William Gray. He was organized and explained all we needed for a successful trip. We enjoyed our trip. Thnx a lot!

The room size left much to be desired, prompting an upgrade necessity. Additionally, disappointment ensued as one of my excursions faced cancellation, despite the subsequent refund. Yearning for the missed adventure added a touch of dissatisfaction to the overall experience.
