The downside: we bought 9 tickets from the site after comparing prices (it seemed the best choice). After completing the purchase (and the credit card charge), we got a call saying 9 tickets were too many, and the airline only had 7 seats at that fare. We had to upgrade 2 seats to business class, which raised the total cost a lot. We were given other flight options with no refund possibility. Ultimately, we had to change our flight plans and pay nearly USD 900 more; it was either lose the entire amount (2787 USD) or adjust our plans and pay 30% more than initially. We felt quite deceived.

This website is a scam. They offer you a “base” fare and then try to add additional charges. The price advertised is not the price that you will pay! According to them, the price advertised is what you pay to reserve the flight. Ridiculous!!!
