Wow, I'm really impressed! Our trip back to the US got messed up because we missed a connection in Portugal. I found AirAdvisor while looking up something else online. I didn't think I could get money back for our overnight delay. I had to check if AirAdvisor was real, but once I did, I started making claims right away. It was super easy and simple! When AirAdvisor reached out to assist, I simply provided evidence of my successful resolution with the airline. Shortly after, I received an email stating that their services operate on a "No-Win-No-Fee" basis, indicating no charges from me. In light of this experience, I must express my positive sentiments about AirAdvisor.

While waiting at the airport, I was quite annoyed with the lengthy delay and the lack of information. I decided to check if there was any way to get a discount and found AirAdvisor. After uploading my ticket and flight number, I was surprised to receive a notice in just a few days saying I would be compensated for the delay. I’ve already gotten the money for my ticket, but the claim for passenger no2 is still under review, even though we traveled together. Overall, I suggest using their service.

Great and speedy assistance with my situation! My flights from Bodø to Amsterdam were canceled twice by SAS (because of staff member's strike), so I ended up having to find new flights with another airline just to get home on time. I contacted AirAdvisor by filling out their online form and got fast help with my case. They quickly guided me to apply for and get financial compensation from SAS, since the cancellation reasons made me qualify for it. Thanks a ton again!

They didn't reply to any emails I sent. I finally reached them through their site, and they mentioned they only handle denied boarding cases if it's due to overbooking. But, on my claim, they wrote I wasn't eligible for compensation, though they just don’t handle these kinds of claims. At first, they said this mistake couldn’t be fixed, but it was eventually corrected after I escalated the issue.

The process was very simple. Plus, AirAdvisor charges under 35% fee, which is rare. My case was handled quickly, and I got my compensation in under 3 weeks – I suppose I was lucky as they said it might take up to 3 months. If something like this happens again, I would use their services for sure.
